1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories like scrunchies and bows can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
